Pathetic service

I wish I could rate this courier company a negative score. They have pathetic customer service. My parcel was picked up from Jhb to be delivered to Durban don't ask me how my parcel ended up in Pietermaritzburg cos even they don't know how. I made endless calls to have my parcel delivered yesterday and was kept being pushed from pillar to post. I even sent emails which I was assured that my parcel will be delivered in no time. Today the parcel was moved from Pietermaritzburg to the Durban depot at 9am and my parcel is still not delivered apparently I have to wait till Monday to receive my parcel. Nobody contacts you to let you know what is happening you have to keep contacting them. Poor, pathetic service.
