Pathetic service

Order still not yet received 👎😵💫 I'm really disappointed with the kind of service I'm receiving from fastway and buffalo couriers, I still haven't received my order. And I've been home and from yesterday and the driver didn't even bother calling me to advise what's going on with my order, an email was sent to Gail from Fastway she also didn't even bother calling me to advise what seems to a problem, and when I should be expecting this order. I had to Google the drivers number and call him just to be told that my order will be delivered tomorrow Saturday. This really pathetic customer service. I'm disappointed in your service honestly 👎
