Pathetic service

I have had the worse service with this people my parcel was sent to them since the 13th and I have been doing follow ups and was advised they escalating and on the 06th call when I requested to speak to a manager I was told the manager is on a conference and I was called back by the same agent phuthi saying my parcel is missing they will check camera there is a lot of discrepancy from the information I received the agent refused to give me the managers email address and contact number she is referring me to their website my business is now on hold because of their incompetence they are the worsed
