Pathetic service

They should start calling themselves SLOWWAY COURIERS or close down the business, pathetic service I tell you. My parcel has been sitting in their Pretoria branch for the past 5 days without action. When you call it rings then takes you to voicemail. Ooohh again they should stop referring to us as love, sweetheart on their live chats we are not your friends. Get advise from Courier guy and Buffalo you could learn a thing or 2 from them.
