PATHETIC SERVICE

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! I have been dealing with one idiot after another... Been waiting for a package since last week Thursday .. I phoned on Thursday and was told it would be delivered on Friday. Nothing came on Friday I phoned again and was told again it will be delivered on Friday... On Saturday I get a call from the driver confirming a while different area for delivery... I confirmed that the address is wrong and gave the correct address and was told it will be delivered on Monday... I called AGAIN on Monday and yet again the offices confirned the WRONG address.. And then was told it will only be delivered on Wednesday as Tues is a public holiday and after complaining that I had confirmed the proper address the previous week and need my order they said oh no they will make a plan to deliver on Monday... My package was not delivered on Monday as promised.. No surprise there.. I then called on Wednesday and spoke to a man by the name given... Who AGAIN confirmed the WRONG ADDRESS!!! and to top it off even said he remembers speaking to me on Monday!! And yet again was promised my package will be delivered on Wednesday... I tried calling again before 5 as nothing has been delivered and the phone just rings.... And yet again nothing has been delivered...

This level of service is absolutely pathetic and the worst service I have ever received!! How many times must a person confirm their address and how many times must a person follow up to find out where their package is!!!!
