Pathetic Service

<p>We were supposed to receive a package two days ago , we contacted the depot in Pretoria , we spoke to an Afrikaans lady and she told us that it is not her problem when our package will be delivered. We then called the depot again requesting to speak to a manager . They transfered the call to Chris, I explained the situation to him, he then promised that the package will be delivered to my house that same day between 7pm and 8pm. I am currently still waiting for the package it is now the next day 8 am. Absolutely **** service even from the people that is supposed to set a good example.</p>
