Pathetic service

Fastway sent me an email Monday morning 8 May 23 to say a package was on board a vehicle and would be delivered that day. No delivery no contact no apology. Sent an on-line Enquiry that evening, no response. Phoned next morning, cut me off first call and put me on hold for 20 minutes the next call I eventually hung up. Sent another on- line Enquiry, no response.
