Pathetic service!

Takes courier 2 days to deliver a parcel from jhb to Benoni. At 1 O clock this afternoon I was promised delivery within a hour, its now 17h30 and still no delivery. Customer service lady was phoned, doesnt answer her cell when i phone from my landline, when i phone from my cellphone she answers...still waiting for her to call me back...absolutely shocking service....
