Pathetic Service

Fastway’s service is really pathetic. I got a notification on 21 January 2025 that my parcel has been delivered n delivered, while I never received it. I called them more than 10 times with no solution to my query. The Joburg branch cannot connect me to Cape Town. I called Cape Town directly with no luck getting through. Their service sucks big time. Their agents are not helpful at all.
