Pathetic Service

My delivery was suppose to happen on the 21st, i called on the 22nd to find out what is happening, only to be put on hold for 16 minutes and then the phone got put down. Now ive been holding for a second time for 27 minutes with no answer.

I will definitely tell all my suppliers about the "Excellent" service we have been paying for.

Rather use post office, probably more reliable.
