Pathetic service

I posted a parcel at the Durban depot on 16 August which should have reached the receiver in Capetown on 18 August. 2 weeks later the parcel was still not delivered instead was sitting at the depot in Capetown. The recipient called the Cape town depot on 29 August and arranged for delivery on 30 August. They waited till 31 August and still no delivery. I, the sender contacted the Durban office on 1 September only to be told the package is in transit and they could not explain why, I was put through to the Cape Town depot who informed me that Adilla had instructed them to return the package to Durban. I am very disappointed with this pathetic service. I have made numerous calls since this package was first sent and have not received any feedback from them at all.
