Pathetic service

The poor reviews from other customers says alot about this company. I myself am currently having issues with them. Sash Soobramoney is in charge but can't even get my name right let alone my delivery address. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on Monday already. I called in today, Thursday and their excuse was the van broke down. I tried contacting their head office to complain but the number doesn't even exist.
