Pathetic Service

I would just like to highlight what pathetic service fast-way couriers provide their customers. I ordered an item from a shop in Durban on Wednesday and i paid for a 2day service which means the item should have arrived today. Ive been tracking the item to Cape Town depot. The item arrived in the deport this morning so i called to find out when it would be delivered to me and the consultant advised it would be before 4pm. <br> <br> I called to ask again wheres my parcel. They have the nerve to tell me that the driver left my parcel at the depot knowing very well it should be delivered today. This is pathetic really. You pay for a certain service, but instead they disregard that and do what they please. One would expect this from the SAPO but not a couriering service.<br> <br>
