Pathetic service.

Fastway advertisers same day courier delivery. There is no way to book it on their website. I phoned them and eventually got through and was told that this service is only for existing customers. When I told the sales lady that they needed to specify this and not waste my time, she slammed the phone in my ear. Disgraceful.
