pathetic service

<p>I'm beyond livid after today's bad service. 1.a client in Tembisa received a red satchel after a week. 2.a client in hillbrow has not received her package also in a red satchel since Tuesday. The red satchels should be delivered on the same or next day. Today the courier Godfrey sent my client a "please call.me". She tried calling him and be cut her calls after answering. He did the same to me. He refuses to answer my calls now as I insisted be deliver today as per agreement south mpho and refilwe.at head office. This driver needs to be fired as he has zero respect for Fastway clients and makes us call him only to cut the calls. He is rude and absolutely out of line.
