PATHETIC SERVICE

Fastway PE have the most pathetic service! And it doesn't even seem to bother them! No delivery, no communication, rude, no answer, nothing! Just said my parcel was given to "someone else" to deliver it to me, this morning already, and still nothing! No reply of I ask to whom it was given. Nothing.
