Pathetic service

You guys need to change the name to snails pace couriers. I have ordered items from temu. We unfortunately don't get to choose the courier company. I've always had my parcels delivered by Buffalo logistics who are extremely efficient.

My order was placed on the 30 December 2024 and has been going in circles . Iti date i have not yet received my package. I am leaving for a.holiday hence I place my order early. "Fastway/snails pace couriers need to accommodate me for all the inconvenience caused. The contact numbers on the website doesn't even exist
