PATHETIC PATHETIC SERIVCE

Fastway couriers is the most pathetic courier service in the country. i am still waiting for a parcel to be delivered by them, after the courier phoned me the first day after 4 pm, i told him our office closed at 4, there will be nobody there, and i cannot wait for him indefinably because i will not be able to get out of the property if i wait there, ( aslo, normal couriers phone you at least half an hour before the time to let them know you are on the way) they have been trying to deliver more than3 times after 4, without even trying to bother to phone before the time. today we asked nicely that the parcel be delivered before 2pm, as i am going on leave, and i wont be available, and we were promised that it would be delivered by then, surprise surprise, its not delivered, i am on my way to the police station to make a case of theft against the courier,( i have his name and cellphone number ) because it seems he wants to keep my parcel that i paid a lot of money for for himself. ( or he is just too *********** to be one of your employees. -does he even know where Hatfield is? because our office is not that difficult to find) i NEED This parcel by this afternoon BEFORE 4 PM, OR I WILL GO AHEAD WITH THIS CASE AT THE POLICE STATION!!
