Pathetic lack of service

Worst service (actually lack of) ever!! CAPE TOWN DEPOT - DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE- paid for bags a week ago, sent proof of payment - never heard from them again. Local pick up guy useless, they provide his number - doesn't answer his phone, doesn't come deliver, doesn't pick up. Want refund !!!!
