Pathetic in every way possible

Rudest customer service ever. Was busy with something, couldn't answer my phone right away and when I eventually got the chance to take their call they just started babbling on how they assumed I didn't take the call "cause I thought it was some telemarketing". Second of all they claimed to phone me for my parcel earlier on this week, which never happenend, as the distributor never gave them my number and they never bothered to ask them either. From pillar to post the distr Callendra Holdings not doing their job as well as Fastway couriers. They promised to deliver it by yesterday before 5 which never happened. Took the day off from work today (again) waited for them nothing. Eventually they got my nr from Callendra, phoned me to only inform me they will come Monday. (Now I must take off from work again) Asked them if they would deliver today before 5 they said they would. Its now 18:00 and stills nothing. Even said to me them I won't be use them ever in future the reply that I got was : "okay" Seriously! No care attitude, doest sound bothered at all to lose a client even if its indirectly. Can't believe those people work with clients!! Not as fast as their name claims them to be!!!
