Pathetic in every way

You guys have the most pathetic service I have ever come across, and on top of it no one ever answers the phone it just loops and loops between press 1 for this, press two for that.

On your website you say you prioritise “WhatsApp support” but your stupid FAI bot is more useless than anything I have ever experienced. I do not know how this business is still open. The only service of yours that actually works is “collecting VAT payments” for incoming packages.

I wish you guys would just close your doors because you are frustrating us South Africans.
