PATHETIC FASTWAY COURIER SERVICE

I ordered goods from Ledtronix in Rustenberg. Fastway Couriers was the assigned courier. On Friday afternoon, 28/7/2023 just after 16:00Ii received and email from Fastway Couriers indicating "sorry we missed you". This was extremely odd as I was home the whole day. I phoned the Cape Town branch's "respnsible dispatch official", Unis. He then alledged that my delivery address details were incomplete. I responded that I find this strange and check the billing and delivery details on the Ledtronix website where I ordered the goods, which I did and sent to him via Whatsapp- needles to say, my details was in full and correct. He gave some story of box coming in and out of the office, suggesting a problem case/box/address?? Yet my contact details was available but did not see the need to contact me. He then assured me it will be delivered Tuesday, 1/8/2023. Tuesday morning I sent him a Whatsapp message to confirm delivery- NO REPLY. I then phoned him and he then assured me that the goods will be delivered BEFORE 12:00. Well, 12:00 came and went, no delivery. I then phoned him to find out what's going on and got extremely rude and told me to phone the office. I then asked him what is the number to call, and, HE CUT THE CALL. NEVER EVER WILL I, IF I HAVE THE OPTION, TO MAKE USE OF THIS COURIER SERVICE AND IF THIS COURIER SERVICE IS USED BY A BUSINESS'USES TO DELIVER GOODS TO ME, I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER/NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THAT BUSINESS AT ALL AND TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
