PATHETIC, Exceptionally poor service.

PATHETIC- Utterly poor service. Been expecting a parcel from 10 Dec 2020, parcel has still not been delivered. After phoning several times, promises has been made that the parcel will be delivered, however, these were empty promises. Pathetic service from Fastway National, fastway Harrismith and fastway Klerksdorp branches. Want a parcel to be shipped to Potchefstroom, they do not even know where the town is and we had to explain, even after that, parcel still has not reached us.
