Pathetic

I had a parcel that needed to be delivered. So instead of waiting around at home the whole day I tried calling the Cape Town branch to ask if they could give me an estimated delivery time.. Needless to say, I am still waiting for them to answer chats as well as the phone after an hour. I emailed no ****** response as well.
