Pathetic delivery system!!

Wow, its more like "slowway" courier service, sure a sloth would also deliver faster... Anyways 3rd day and I am still awaiting my parcel, if I track my parcel then its on its way then come late afternoon side then parcel is again by the warehouse... The online chat service is Pathetic cause I am 2 days later still waiting to chat to a customer care consultant. Today when I wanted to chat online to ask about the progress of my parcel being delivered its like they blocked me cause I'm not even getting a automated reply!! So this will be the first and last time I use them!!
