Pathetic delivery service

Have being using Fastway for a few years Recently their delivery service is getting worse. Sent three parcels first week of December 2019 1) Nelspruit 2) Rustenburg Parcel in delivery guy's van whole day Only gets delivered following day Although parcel has a BIG CLEAR note saying: Contents needs refrigeration. Please deliver ASAP.

3) Pietermaritzburg Sent on Thursday 5/12/19 Website showing it's between Johannesburg and Pietermaritzburg! And today is Saturday. Pietermaritzburg guy says it's not by his depot ??? About a month ago I sent a parcel to Port Shepstone, which normally gets delivered the next day. After repeated calls to various depots, they finally put it on the van, and it got delivered after 3 days!!!!

Their call centre or depots are even worse. Don't ever try to phone them. Either no answer, or after holding on for a few minutes, they'll give you the same (in-updated) info which is on their website.

Oh, and their website is another issue. Not updated on time. Sometimes we have to phone recipient to ask if parcel received, since website doesn't show it has been delivered!!!
