Pathetic customer service. Pathetic staff! Pathetic delivery!

very ****ed off by the level of service you guys have to offer. I ordered on the 29th of November 2023, yet today this morning, ya'll come telling me that you have failed delivery attempt? How?

No one tried to reach me nor did something to find my house. The house is on Google maps for christ sake!

I call your Durban branch and I'm unable to reach them. I call PMB and ohhhh my God! Those people do no know how to speak to clients. This is the 3rd time I am dealing with ya'll and cannot service clients.

This company is so pathetic and very strange to be still servicing customers. They need to be dealt with.
