Pathetic customer service from fastway

I was contacted by a representative of fastway yesterday in regards to the delivery of my parcel and we confirmed to have it delivered at 2pm yesterday, I could not do anything but wait for my parcel until 4:30pm is when i contacted fastway office and explained my situation to the representative, they asked me for my tracking number and then made me wait over 10 minutes on the call, eventually I cut the call, very dissatisfied with fastway Customer service.
