Pathetic Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. The courier refused to deliver my parcel according to the instructions provided and returned it to the depot on Monday. Since then, I have tried contacting Fastway through their WhatsApp number and the phone number ***. However, the number rings for at least 10 minutes before disconnecting. It’s now the third day of trying to retrieve my parcel due to someone's failure to follow the delivery instructions, and I still haven’t received any response from Fastway.

No one monitors or answers the Whatsapp line either, this is extremely frustrating
