Pathetic customer service

I have never seen such poor service with a delivery company, their land lines direct you to their WhatsApp number and no one responds to any WhatsApp sent, the drivers don’t call before they deliver to ensure your at the delivery address and Temu doesn’t notify you exactly when delivery will take place. This has been a very frustrating experience and because of fast way I might stop shopping on Temu all together
