Pathetic courier service

I was called and told to wait outside because they were nearby, I waited outside like I was a fool only for the delivery guy to tell me that they went to the wrong address and I should send him my live location, which I did but he never showed up. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about Fastway, I don’t know why companies still associate themselves with them. Anybody knows how I can retrieve my parcel?
