Pathetic Automated and Agent Communication

They are useless when getting to communication. Been waiting for my parcel for 2 days as indicated on their tracking system that it is out for delivery, I am 30km's away from the JHB depot. Tried WhatsApp communication, internet communication and even phoned. The electronic system tells you to hold on for reception and then after approx. 10 seconds transfer you to an automated system which transfers you to an agent where you are left on hold until you give up as now agents seems to work there. OH, and just to inform you, my husband got a package from them, at his business address which is 10km's from mine, so they where in the area but seems not to deliver at all addresses even though the system advised that it is out for delivery on the same day.
