Pathetic and useless

They don’t even deserve the 1 star I HAD to give. Absolutely useless!! Office line is prioritizing WhatsApp line and there is no response on the WhatsApp line. My “collector” was supposed to collect on Friday. Cancelled me for today (Monday) and then graciously informed me that he is on leave. No one has anyone’s numbers who replaced my driver. I have an urgent parcel to send out and no one to collect. DO NOT USE FASTWAY! I’ll be closing my account in the new year and will move my business to a company that appreciates my money and time. A huge thank you to Sonja from the Vaal branch (I’m in JHB) who has relentlessly sent them emails on my behalf.
