PATHETIC AND SLOW SERVICE

What a slow and pathetic courier service. I received a call on Tuesday after asking for my company name and was told that my delivery would take place the next day on Wednesday. The delivery didn't happen. This morning I get a call asking if I've received my delivery when I said no, am told that my parcel is missing and they can't locate it, I was told they would call the drivers and find out, till now I have not received an update on my parcel.. when you even try to call them , they don't answer their phones!!!!!! I WANT MY PARCEL AND IT BETTER BE TODAY!!
