Pathetic

I would give a 0 if I could... This is absolutely ridiculous, received an email on the 29th that my parcel will be sent out with the next courier cycle... 7days days later and still nothing. When I track my parcel it says : The parcel has been left in the east bay 2 and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery. After that, my parcel is picked up and on board 6 times and left at east bay 2 another 6 times... I wonder how long this will carry on until it eventually reaches me!!!
