Parcel was not delivered

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday as the notification from Temu advised however the order did not get delivered and no driver called me. Today being the 6th Aug, i receive an email stating my delivery is completed yet my parcel did not reach me nor did i sign for the parcel. I NEED answers as to who is Anelisa person who signed for my parcel??? who did you give my parcel to?
