parcel theft / ******** assistance

Dealing with issue with fastway since June 2015. after notification of ***** payment We immediately notified fastway JHB via phone & via mail to not release the parcel to anyone, we later instructed that the parcel should be redirected back to us, the sender, also via mail & via phone. Bronwyn from Fastway JHB assured us that the parcel was safe & that it had been redirected & would be sent back to us. Shortly after we were notified that the parcel, that was multiply instructed not be released to anyone - had been released to a pair of Nigerian men. The parcel that they \gave away"to ********* was valued at over 30K. Fastway says that they cannot claim from their insurance & that they can only cover for R1000. (seriously?) the parcel was not on board a courier vehicle"
