Parcel that is yet to be delivered from the 15th DJ***

I've been waiting for my parcel and it said estimated delivery date is between 15th to 18th December, but still I received nothing. From Monday the 20th I have been calling them and each time I will be told that I will get my parcel tomorrow. I explained to them that am on leave and have to travel to Mpumalanga for Christmas but by the look of things I doubt I will reach home in time. What does one have to do to get good customer experience cause I have been waiting for the parcel for 8days now since they picked it up. This is absolutely not on I can't be spending Christmas in Gauteng just because they failed to do their job and everyday I must buy airtime to call them and get transferred from one consultant to the next only to be told each time that I will get my parcel tomorrow and nothing so far.
