Parcel returned!!!

I'm writing this review with so much disappointment and disgust because of the lack of good customer service from fastway,we waited for a parcel from shein for close to a month then this morning the 3rd of December we get a call from a very rude driver saying he's outside but when asked at which address he just gave a different one from ours.We go outside look for him and he's not there,20 minutes later we get a text from shein saying we must find ourselves a courier to go fetch our parcel.Is this how you treat your customers?Why hire people rude and impatient people to work with customers?So people beware of fastway couriers and their delivery guys.I don't think they even attempted to deliver our parcel because they couldn't even get the address right!I hope someone somewhere in authority sees this and take necessary steps,now my daughter is crying for her order that she waited for almost a month and now this...I'm very disappointed!!!
