Parcel not yet delivered

I ordered a product off of One day only on Black Friday (29/11/2019), it is now 17/12/2019 and it has still not arrived! I have contacted the courier company, who mentioned on 06/12/2019 that my parcel will be delivered. The tracking system still shows that it is on the courier van, and was last updated on 06/2/2019.!

I do not find this acceptable at all!
