Parcel not yet delivered

I couriered a parcel from JHB to CT. The parcel arrived in CT on 09/01/2026.

Since 09/01/2026 - 14/01/2026 the status just changed from "The parcel has been left in the North Bay" to "The parcel has been left in the West Bay".

Nobody answers the emails or telephone when trying to inquire about the parcel.

They WhatsApp assistance is AI, and not a consultant to speak to. When speaking to LHB branch, they just transfer your to CT with no answers.
