Parcel not yet delivered

<p>This is a pathetic delivery company!! My Avon parcel should have been delivered on the 14th July and today its already the 27th of July and my parcel is not yet delivered. I've emailed and called them, with the email there is no response and when I call them they just puts me on hold and later cuts me of. Why does Avon use this pathetic company???</p>
