Parcel not received but status says delivered

I placed an order on Cosmetics SA on 14/04/2025.

My parcel was shipped and picked up by Fastway couriers from Port Elizabeth on 15/04/2025.

Tracking number 2G***.

Since then I've been given the run around by Fastway couriers that my parcel is on the way. I had given my work address as I was expecting the parcel to be delivered during working hours.

Tonight at 22:55 I received an email notification from Fastway couriers that my parcel has been delivered and signed for.

How can a parcel be delivered this late at night?

I definitely did not receive any parcel as my workplace closed at 17:00.

Fastway couriers working hours is 08:00 - 17:00.

Where is my parcel??? This is unacceptable and unprofessional service.
