Parcel not received

A parcel was sent to me and I never received it. I enquired about it and was told the parcel was received and signed for. I have informed the company that sent the parcel that I have not received it and enquired numerous times about it but to no avail. Indirectly told me I received the parcel so making me out to be a ****. I have asked for proof but got nothing. I'm disgusted and I want answers
