Parcel not delivered... No one responds

This is the worst courier. I ordered from One day only. I have been waiting for 7 days. The update keeps saying that the parcel has been placed on the courier vehicle... It updates everyday to this status. I tried whatsapping and messaging through their online messaging system. The only response from both these platforms is that an agent will contact you. I am still waiting for that call. I tried calling the contact number... NO ONE ANSWERS. now I'm stuck waiting
