Parcel not delivered, just driven around

I wish I could give them zero stars. Once again Fastway's service is abhorrent. The courier has been driving around with my parcel for a week, checking it out in the morning and checking it back in after he couldn't locate me. Not once did the courier phone me to make sure of the address. I have not received any feedback on my enquiries or messages. Now today it says that the parcel has been delivered and signed for, which it definitely has not. I have had this exact same issue with them 2 or 3 years ago.
