Parcel not delivered as promised

I was supposed to receive my parcel 17 December i was so excited because we are leaving for vacation on the 18th December they also sent email and sms confirming delivery before 5pm till today no parcel when i call was told they don't work on weekends this is not my fault it's festive season you should extend working hours especially when you are at fault now i must wait for monday this is unacceptable,unprofessional poor service
