Parcel not delivered as per fastway Pretoria’s advise.

Received a call from them advising me that they’ll be delivering my parcel on 2/07/2020 to date it has not been delivered, called in and spoke to the guy by the name of Given who called me to confirm delivery he was Rude and no way forward from the operations guy by the name of Given to the customer service manager by the name of Lynette... Manager is angry at the fact that I’m requesting to speak to her personally regarding my query “ Customer service manager “ who else am I suppose to speak to if the operations guy was rude with no customer service attributes. Appalling service to say the least. Given requested a tracking number I gave him to which he advised that it was not their tracking number I told him that’s the tracking number Onedaonly Had provided me with, since he called me and confirmed delivery date can’t he retrieve the tracking number he said he can’t and became rude and the manager said it’s it will take a lot of time which she doesn’t have and was also rude from the moment she said hello, angry at the fact that why am I requesting to speak to her specifically as she doesn’t know me.
