PARCEL NOT BEING DELIVERED

I am waiting for my parcel from Temu, Fastway sent me a sms on Monday it will be delivered, it was taken back to the warehouse Tue and Wed, I phoned call centre yesterday 11/4/24 as its sn urgent parcel and they gave me the driver Patrick's no. I tried calling him for 2 hours and left 3 messages on his phone. Once again taken back to the warehouse!!!! I phoned today and they gave me his number again, he is still not answering!!!! You can't get any more help, I'm expecting numerous packages and can't trust Fastway!!! Tracking No: CR***
