Parcel Lost By Fastway

My parcel was picked up on 29/11/2024 and left in the North Bay 2 on 29/11/2024 at 20:47:53. To date I have not received my parcel. You cant phone them as they say they do not take phone calls and you must WhatsApp them but they don't even answer the WhatsApp. So I am minus R1175.00 and they don't care that they have lost my parcel and has effectively ****** my money. Don't ever use Fastway Courier Services.
